摘要
目的回顾分析金属内固定物取出术时发生的并发症和意外,并提出防治措施。方法笔者于2001年6月～2004年6月,行四肢内固定取出术1676例,回顾性分析总结手术并发症或术中意外发生的类型和例数并分析原因。结果本组病例中发现有并发症的共20例(1.2%),其中神经损伤4例,包括桡神经3例,尺神经1例;内植物部分遗漏6例,部分残留4例,取出失败4例,术中造成再骨折2例。结论内固定取出术存在一定的并发症,上肢取内固定的并发症偏高;严格把握手术指征,术中仔细操作,可减少并发症的发生。
Objective To analyze the complications of internal fixation implant removal and discuss the preventive measures. Methods Retrospective study of 1676 patients with internal fixation removal operated from June 2001 to June 2004 was performed to assess the causes and types of complications. Results Complications occurred in 20 patients （1.2 % ） totally, including 4 with nerve injury, 6 with implant partially missed, 4 with implant partially remained, 4 with implant removal failure, 2 with refracture. Conclusion There are some complications in internal fixation implant removal. The higher incidence occurs in removing internal fixation of upper extremities. The indications of internal fixation implant removal should be obeyed strictly and a detailed plan should be made before operation, as far as possible to avoid the complications occurrence.
