摘要
如何在21世纪的中国实现农民的增产增收,稳定农业的基础性地位成为保证国家和社会稳定的重要环节。为此具体分析了我国现阶段的农业状况,系统思考和分析了我国农民增收遇到的问题,总结了我国农民增收困难的原因,并提出了一系列的解决方法。
How to increase Chinese farmers＇ production and incoming in the 21st century, and steady the foundation status of agriculture has become the important aspects of ensuring national and social stability. The agricultural situation in China at this stage was detailed analyzed, peasants＇ problems to increase income were considered and analyzed, the reasons for difficulties of peasants on increasing incomes were summarized and a series of solutions were put forward.
