摘要
根据我国农科院所改革与发展的现状,系统总结了地市级农业科研机构对科技创新和服务三农方面的作用,分析了地市级农科院所改革的历程、作用和问题,提出了今后改革的基本思路和主要措施。
According to the reform and development actuality of academy of agricultural sciences in China, the action of cities academy of agriculture sciences to science innovation and serve three agriculture was summarized systematically. The reform process, action and problem of cities academy of agriculture sciences were analyzed. In addition, the basic thought and main measures of reform in the future were put forward.
