摘要
为了构建一套灵活方便而又功能强大的由平板电脑(或是一般笔记本电脑)和GPS组成的数据采集系统,逐步实现采集道路等空间三维数据的移动测量系统平台,在VC++6.0开发环境下从初始动态数据的采集到最终地方坐标的输出整个过程编制的相应程序,对于道路属性数据的快速准确采集、实时成图和车辆运行速度信息的实时获取具有重要的参考和使用价值。
In order to establish a convenient and strong-functioned data collection system composited of PC and GPS, and build up gradually mobile mapping system（MMS） platform to collect road equal spacial three-dimension data, corresponding VC＋＋6.0 programs are written so as to collect the initial dynamic data and output the termini coordinate. It has great significance on fast correct collection of road property data, real-time graphics completeness and information collection of vehicle speed.
