除了道路的平面和纵断面线形以外,道路的其他技术指标、设施条件及交通环境作为构成道路交通的基本要素对交通安全的影响也是不容忽视的,保证道路交通安全取决于各要素的完善程度。因此,只有建立一个完善而有效的道路交通体系,才能使农村公路更好地为社会主义新农村建设服务。

In addition to the plane and lengthwise section linetype of road, other basic factors of highway traffic like technical index, infrasture conditions and traffic environment are assignable as far as the influence on traffic safety is concerned. Highway traffic safety depends on the perfection of all factors. Thus, only through establishing a perfect and effective highway traffic system can rural highway better serve for the socialism new rual development.
