Presents the maintenance of the safety valves in Sichuan Tianhua Co., Ltd., analyzes the reasons for the common troubles of chemical safety valves, such as valve leaking, leaking from the interface of the valve bodies, main valve not tripping after leading valve trips, main valve delayed response after leading valve bouncing back, as well as lower pressure for safety valve bouncing back, frequent tripping and fluttering vibration, and finally proposes solutions against the troubles.
