FAILURE DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR OF NITROGEN GAS COMPRESSOR

针对中石油兰州石化公司化肥厂合成氨装置氮气压缩机组存在的故障,通过在线状态检测系统图谱进行诊断分析,提出可能产生该种故障的原因。据此确定检修方案,并通过检修方案的实施验证故障诊断分析的准确性与设备检修的可靠性。

In this article, aimed at the failure of nitrogen gas compressor of the ammonia plant, the author presents reasons for the failure through the diagnosis and analysis of the on-line detecting system spectrum. Based on these diagnosis and analysis, determines repair schedule, and the accuracy and reliability of failure diagnosis can be verified by the execution of the repair schedule.
