阐述EAM系统定义、原理及应用,结合EAM2004软件系统分析锦天化企业设备管理实际需求,形成了锦天化EAM系统设计方案和实施方案,总结实施过程和实施方法及系统目前存在的问题,分析EAM系统应用给企业带来的经济效益和推广价值。
Demonstrates the definition, principle and application of EAM system. Combining with EAM2004 software system, analyzed the practical demands of equipment management of Jinxi Natural Gas Chemical Co., and formed EAM system design and application schedules for this company, summarized the application procedure, methods and existing problems of the EAM system, and finally analyzed the economic results brought by EAM system and its spreading value.
