摘要 观察便携型发光二极管(light-emitting diade,LED)蓝光治疗仪对轻中度痤疮的治疗效果.采用便携型LED蓝光治疗仪治疗轻中度痤疮患者10例,每周2次,共4周,用照相方法统计炎性痤疮个数,并分析炎性痤疮数目变化情况.结果表明,使用便携型LED蓝光治疗仪可安全治疗轻中度痤疮,明显降低痤疮引起的炎性皮损数目,且无明显副作用. The efficacy of the blue LED ( light-emitting diode) phototherapy was investigated on patients with mild and moderate acne vulgaris. 10 patients with mild and moderate acne vulgaris were treated with portable blue LED device, twice a week for 4 weeks. Photos were taken before each session for counting inflammatory lesions. The changes of the inflammatory lesions were investigatecl during the 4-week treatment, and analyzed. It was found that the blue LED phototherapy could reduce the inflammatory lesions caused by acne vulgaris remarkably, with no side effects. It is useful and safe to treat patients of mild and moderate acne vulgaris with the blue LED phototherapy.
