摘要
通过阐述制造业信息化的基本理论,以及模具企业的订单式生产的特点,介绍了信息化在模具企业中的应用,并以一汽铸造模具厂为例介绍了CAXA设计工艺制造一体化PLM系统的信息化应用方案,并对其应用效果进行了评价,指出了模具企业信息化规划和实现需要注意的一些问题,对于该类企业的信息化过程具有重要的借鉴作用。
Through the elaboration manufacturing industry informationization＇s basic theory, as well as die ＆ mold enterprise＇s order form type production＇s characteristic, introduced the informationization in this kind of enterprise＇s application, take the FAW Casting Mold Factory as the example, introduced the CAXA design ＆ manufacture integration PLM system＇s informationization application plan, and has carried on the appraisal to its application effect, pointed out some problems of die ＆ mold enterprise informationization plans, has important reference function for this kind of enterprise＇s informationization process.
