通过对φ10.5mm线毛料挤压模采用新的材质和最佳的模具设计与加工方案,挤出的制品表面质量好,模具使用寿命长。同时为其它合金小规格的管、棒、型、线材生产也找到了新途径,创出更加可观的经济效益。
Through changing die material and using best die design and manufacture method for Ф10.Smm wire blank extruding die, the surface quality of product is good, and die service life is long. It has a certain reference for others similar parts, and gained a more considerable economic efficiency.
