摘要
面花是一种古老的饮食文化,本文从面花的历史风俗及制作特点入手,阐述了其种类、制作工艺、品种特点以及地方文化内涵.通过对面花制作特点的描述,认识和了解关中地区节庆风俗文化与民间手工艺术的传承和创新.
The bread flower is one kind of the archaic food culture. In order to learning the festive custom culture and folk handwork artsr inheritance and innovation in the middle of Shaanxi province, the sorts, handwork technology and characteristics of bread flowers are related by studying its history custom and making method. And its culture connotations are showed as well.
