经腹管状吻合器在52例贲门癌根治手术中的应用

Tansabdominal tubular anastomat use in 52 radical operation of cardiac cancer

目的:探讨使用吻合器,在经腹切口贲门癌根治术中的应用效果。方法:回顾分析了52例贲门癌患者在手术中选择经腹切口,并使用吻合器的效果。结果:52例患者术后无吻合口瘘、出血、幽门梗阻、胸腔感染等严重并发症,恢复顺利,平均住院时间14天。结论:在经腹切口行贲门癌手术中使用吻合器能减少术后并发症,有利于患者康复。

Objective：to investigate the effect of use anastomat in radical operation of cardiac cancer. Methods：analysis 52 patients of cardiac cancer select tansabdominal incision in surgery and the effect of use anastomat. Results： After the suegery,52 patiants dont have serious complications ,for example, anastomatic leakage, bleed, pyloric obstruction, chestinfection and so on. All patients recuperate successfully. The average length of stay is 14 days. Conclusions： tansabdominal tubular anastomat use in radical operation of cardiac cancer can reduse postoperative complications and advantage patients get well.
