长期住院精神分裂症患者躯体健康状况的现状分析

Analyses of health state of long term in-patients of schizophrenia with somatopathy

目的:了解长期住院精神分裂症患者合并不同躯体疾患的发生率及有关因素的分析。方法:对我院住院3年以上的精神分裂症患者在住院期间出现的躯体疾病及异常的生物学指标进行调查和统计分析。结果:长期住院精神分裂症患者合并躯体疾患的发生率是70.52%。排列前几位的是心电图的异常,白细胞下降,血脂升高,糖尿病,高血压病,胆结石,电解质异常。长期住院精神分裂症患者合并躯体疾病与年龄及病程成正相关,其中心电图异常及白细胞下降女性明显高于男性。结论:长期住院精神分裂症患者合并躯体疾病的风险很高,应定期检查,尤其对女性的心电图及血常规的检查,做到早诊早治,以减少不良后果。

Objective： to review the incidence of the long term in-patients of schizophrenia with somatopathy and analyze the concerned factors. Methods：The somatopathy from over 3 - year in - patients of schizophrenia and the abnormality of biological index are investigated and statistically analyzed. Results： The incidence of somatopathy of the long term in - patients of schizophrenia is 70. 52%. The electrocardiographic abnormality, the decrease of leukocyte, hyperlipoidemia, diabetes, essential hypertension, cholelithia- sis and electrolytic abnormality happen more frequently. The older the patients are and the longer the courses of diseases are, the more somatopathy the long term in - patients of schizophrenia have. Beside, there are more female patients than male patients who get elec- trocardiographic abnormality and the decrease of leukocyte. Conclusions ： The incidence of somatopathy of the long term in - patients of schizophrenia is high. They should he checked regularly, especially for female＇s electrocardiograph and regular blood - check. In order to reduce the had results, they should receive early check and treatment assoon somatopathy is found.
