摘要
地理标志作为一种知识产权,是人类智慧的结晶和文明的传承。本文从地理标志的概念、特征、保护价值等方面入手,介绍了我国地理标志保护的历史及现状,并分别从地域分布、产品类型和批准时间三个角度,着重分析了我国农产品地理标志的发展情况,并就相关问题提出建议。
As a kind of intellectual property, geographical indications are not only the crystallization of human wisdom, but also the inheritance from the ancient civilization. Beginning with the definition, feature, and the value of protection, this paper introduces the process of the protection in China, and discusses the present state of the geographical indications of the agricultural products in China, respectively from the aspects of geographical distribution, product category and approving time. According to the present situation and the emerging problems, some proposals on government are made.
