摘要
[目的]了解莱州市外环境水体霍乱弧菌的存在及分布情况,为监督监测和预防霍乱提供科学依据。[方法]对2005~2007年莱州市外环境水体504份按《霍乱防治手册》规定方法进行霍乱弧菌检测。[结果]在外环境水体标本中检出不典型O1群霍乱弧菌2株,非O1、O139群霍乱弧菌145株。[结论]外环境水体存在非O1、O139群霍乱弧菌,应加强霍乱监测工作,避免霍乱疫情的发生。
[Objective]To find out the presence of Vibrio cholera and distribution in the aquatic system of the external environment in laizhou city,in order to provide scientific basis for the prediction and prevention of cholera. [Methods]504 samples collected from aquatic system of the external environment were tested based on "manual for cholera control " in Laizhou city from 2005 to 2007. EResults]2 atypical serogroup O1 of Vibrio cholera, 145 non-serogroup O1 and O139 of Vibrio cholera were detected in water samples. [Conclusion]non-serogroup O1 and O139 of Vibrlo cholera in the aquatic system of the external environment in laizhou city existed. Cholera monitoring should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of cholera epidemic.
