摘要
燃料乙醇是一种可再生能源,它在锅炉上的使用既可以减少燃油的消耗,还可以减少由于燃烧柴油等带来的点火初期电除尘器无法投入使用造成的粉尘污染。在燃用乙醇的实验设备上对液体乙醇和气体乙醇进行燃烧试验研究。通过对两种方式燃烧试验数据进行比较分析,得出结论:在燃用乙醇的设备上采用气体乙醇燃烧方式时产生的火焰长度、火焰温度、易燃性及燃烧稳定性等数据均优于采用液体乙醇燃烧方式的结果,能保证锅炉点火初期直接投煤粉的需要,是今后锅炉燃料乙醇燃烧器设计的方向。
Fuel ethyl alcohol is a kind of renewable energy source. The use of it in boiler can not only reduce the fuel oil consumption but also reduce dust pollution when electric precipitator out of work in the combustion igniting period. The paper uses liquid and gas ethyl alcohol combustion ways experiments in combustion test- bed, through comparisons with two experiment data, the results show that gas ethyl alcohol combustion way is better than liquid ethyl alcohol combustion way in blaze length temperature flammability and combustion stability.
