摘要 配电网负荷均衡是降低配电网线损、优化配电网运行、实现网络重构的一个目标。而网络重构的结果其实是将一个配电网分割成几部分,各部分通过常开的联络开关相连。基于此,提出了配电网负荷均衡的新算法——网络分割法。通过网络分支、分层,寻找联络开关的最优位置,实现网络重构。 Loads equalization is one of important targets for Distribution Network Reconfiguration. It is available to reduce loss and excellent to network circulating. In fact,it is results of reconfiguration for distribution networks to partition distribution networks into some portion. Every portion connects with switches whose position is open. Therefore ,this paper provides a new algorithm-graph partitioning method which makes loads equalization as net- work optimization and is described by hierarchical topology model. Looking for the best position for switches which is usually open by hierarchical topology model is used to achieve reconfiguration for distribution.
