Optimization Design of Facility Layout of Job Shop Based on Simulation

摘要 在研究车间设备布局设计的基础上,采用计算机辅助设施布置软件VisFactory对车间设备布局进行建模和优化。以实例对仿真的总体流程和各个步骤进行了研究,分析了VisFactory的建模过程和方法,体现了其在车间设备布局中的优越性。 The paper builds model and optimizes the facility layout of job shop by the computer aided facility layout software VisFactory,based on studying it. Overall flow and steps of the simulation are studied,and procedure and method are analyzed. As a result, the advantage of VisFactory in the facility layout of job shop is represented.
