摘要 通过对300 MW机组汽轮机定压运行和滑压运行变工况热力计算程序的编制,计算出了在定压运行和滑压运行方式下调节阀门压损、调节级相对内效率、给水泵耗功、热耗率等各项指标,通过对上述各项经济指标的分析比较,得到了机组滑压运行的最佳运行方式,进而确定了机组变负荷运行方式。同时也分析了滑压运行对机组安全性的影响。 Basing on the thermal performance calculation under variable steam condition program for a 300 MW steam turbine in constant pressure and sliding pressure operation condition, this paper calculated a series of indexes such as governing valve pressure loss, relative internal efficiency of governing stage, consumed power of feed water pump, and heat rate. Through the comparison and analysis of the above indexes, the optimal sliding pressure operation mode is obtained. Moreover,the optimal operation mode in variable load of a 300MW unit is determined. At the same time, the influence upon safety of steam turbine with sliding pressure operation is analyzed in this paper.
