摘要
供应链运作绩效评价是提高供应链管理水平的重要手段,由于供应链结构、流程和市场环境的多样性和动态性,目前常用的评价方法在系统性、实时性和效率等方面还有改进的空间。应用人工智能和分形理论来研究供应链运作绩效评价的方法,首先阐述了供应链流程的分形模式,然后提出了供应链运作评价的分形指标体系,分析了基于分形模式下的供应链循环评价机制,并说明了所提出评价模式的特点。
Supply chain operational performance evaluation is an important means of leveraging supply chain management. The evaluation methods in common use have much place of improving in aspects of systematism, real time, and efficiency because of the diversity and dynamic in supply chain structure, process, and market environment. The paper applies artificial intelligence and fracture theory to study supply chain performance e- valuation. Beginning with expatiating the fractal structure of supply chain process, the fractal metrics system of supply chain operation evaluation is put forward, then the supply chain circulation evaluation mechanism based on fractal mode is analyzed, and the specialties of the evaluation mode proposed is explained.
