摘要
对陕西省电力系统首台2 045 t/h锅炉静电除尘器中的正压浓相气力输灰系统可靠性进行分析研究。针对该系统在运行中存在的堵管问题,采取在输灰管道弯头部位加装补气点的措施,解决了异常堵管问题。建议在输灰系统设计时应尽量减少弯头数量,以降低管道阻力。
Analysis & study are made to the reliability of dense phase & positive pressure gas ash conveying system in 2 045 t/h boiler electrostatic precipitator firstly applied in Shaanxi electric power system. In the light of pipe blockage during the system operation, adding air supplementary point at elbow of ash conveying pipe has solved the problem of pipe blockage. It is suggested to reduce the number of elbows for lowering the pipe resistance.
