摘要
重点介绍ADI公司生产的专用DDS(Direct Digital Synthesize)r芯片AD9913的内部结构及原理功能,深入研究其结构特点,并在此基础上给出一个基于AD9913的FM/PM信号源的设计方案,该方案具有较高的精度和频率范围,可较好地满足工程设计中的各种要求。
An application-specific DDS IC （AD9913）produced by ADI is introduces in this article,and focus on its intemal architecture,principle and function.Then FM/PM generator design based on AD9913 is presented,this design has high definition and wide frequency range, can meet most needs of the engineering.
