摘要
以提锂后的尾液为原料,与Na2CO3和Na3PO4·12H2O反应,在较为温和的水热条件下(120~150℃)、较短的反应时间内(3~10h)制得了单分散的球形Li3PO4颗粒。粒径约5~8μm,产率达到90%以上。该方法是一种环境友好的绿色化学制备方法,全过程接近污染物零排放,不仅解决了尾液的环境污染问题,而且还提高了盐湖资源的综合利用率。
Using raw brine after being extracted of lithium and sodium phosphate, a high quality monodisperse micron lithium phosphate was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis under the conditions of 3--10 hours, 120--150 ℃, and with a very high yield. The target product Li3PO4 has fine crystal formation, the diameter of which is from 5 to 8 μm. The process features environment - friendly technology and methods of green chemistry, with its pollutants emission close to zero.
