摘要 研究氯化铵溶液闪蒸蒸发与冷却结晶过程中,氯化铵溶液真空度与冷却结晶温度及溶液浓度的关系,确定了氯化铵溶液闪蒸过程真空度理论计算公式。根据计算公式可以计算出氯化铵溶液闪蒸操作真空度,指导工艺设计与生产操作。 The relation between ammonium chloride solution vacuum degree and cooling crystallization temperature and solution concentration in the process of ammonium chloride flash evaporation and cooling evaporation was examined to establish a formula for theoretical study of ammonium chloride flash evaporation process vacuum degree. The vacuum degree of ammonium chloride solution flash operation obtained in terms of the calculation formula may provide a guidance for process design and production operation.
