磷系阻燃剂在PA6树脂和纤维中应用及阻燃机理研究

Study on Application and Flame Retardant Mechanism of Phosphorus-based Flame Retardant on PA6 Resin and Fiber

本文将环状膦酸酯阻燃剂(TPMP)和三聚氰胺(MA)复配后添加到PA6中,通过熔融纺丝制备了阻燃PA6纤维,研究后发现,添加TPMP/MA可有效提高PA6的阻燃性能,且对纤维的力学性能影响较小。

The authors added the complex formulation of TPMP and MA into PA6 resins to prepare flame retardent PA6 fiber by melt spinning.According to the study,the complex formulation can enhance the flame retardency of PA6 fiber efficiently,while having les impact on its mechanical performance.
