摘要
针对球壳的具体结构,分析了该类球形零件的拉深成形特点及其传统成形工艺,据此设计了正反拉深复合模,有效改善了薄料的成形性能,一次性完成了零件的拉深,保证了零件的尺寸及形状要求。
According to the structure of the spherical shell, the spherical type parts＇ drawing characteristics and drawing technology were analyzed, A compound die with forward and backward drawing was designed, which could draw the part in one step and guarantee the produced part to meet the dimensional and shape requirements.
