摘要 针对超薄塑料材料的手机镜头隔圈类零件复合冲形模具的结构进行了设计。为了较大地缩短类似零件模具的制造周期,模具结构采用了可换镶件式结构形式。为了提高模具的产能,模具的模腔数量设计为一模三腔。介绍了该模具的结构特点、工作过程和制造工艺,模具试生产验证该结构合理,生产效率高,有很好的技术经济效益。 The compound stamping die structure was designed for the space ring part made of ultrathin plastic material on cell phone lens. The die structure with replaceable inserts was adopted in order to shorten the manufacturing cycle of the dies of similar parts. The die was designed to have three cavities to improve the production efficiency. The structure, operating procedure and manufacturing process of the die were introduced. Through trail production the die has been proved to be with a rational structure, a high production efficiency, and good economic returns.
