摘要
通过对曲柄精锻模失效形式的分析,介绍了曲柄精锻模材料的选择原则,分析了4Cr5MoV1Si(H13)钢的特点,提出了将曲柄精锻模材料由3Cr2W8V改为4Cr5MoV1Si(H13),并选择合理的加工工艺,加强了曲柄精锻模在使用过程中的维护,通过以上措施,模具使用寿命大幅提高,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,取得了较好的经济效益。
Through analyzing the failure modes of the precision forging die for crank, the selecting principles of its die material were introduced. The die life was enhanced remarkably by changing the die material form 3Cr2WSV to 4CrSMoV1Si (H13), adopting dppropriate process, and improving die maintenance. Thus the production cost was cut, Work efficiency was improved, and great economic returns were achieved.
