we discussed the history and age of the liju gui-vessel in this paper. It was made in the late time of the king zhao in the west chou dynasty. The inscriptions of the liju gui-vesscl reflected the owner of the vessel took part in the war between the west ehou dynasty and the chu country in the late time of the king zhao.
