摘要
以水电站作为生产决策单元,利用数据包络分析DEA方法对22座水电站进行效率评价。研究结果表明,水电站的总体投入产出效率不高,存在较大的改善空间,而要提高水电站的投入产出效率,建议通过优化设计,减少不必要的投资与耕地淹没面积;同时,通过提高水电站机组的运行效率来增加发电量。
Certain hydropower stations were regarded as decision-making units, and the total efficiency of 22 hydropower stations in China was evaluated by use of the data envelopment analysis approach. The results showed that their total efficiency outcome was not high, indicating the great probability in efficiency improvement. With regard to their increase of the input-output efficiency, it was suggested that through the optimum design, the unnecessary investment and the submerged farmland should be reduced, and the annual power generation should be raised by the increase of the operation efficiency of hydropower generating units.
