借鉴国外协调水利建设与生态环境关系的经验

On foreign coordination experience of relationship between water engineering building and ecological environment

水利工程在造福人类的同时也往往带来生态环境的破坏和影响,有的甚至是持续而深远的影响。水利工程与生态环境处于同一系统,既相互依存又相互制约,协调好两者的关系是事关经济社会可持续发展的大事。通过分析总结国外协调水利建设与生态环境保护的经验,力图为我国协调水利建设与环境保护提供有益的启示与借鉴。

The water resource projects not only bring benefit to the human being but also affect and destroy the ecological environment. Sometimes the impact is continuous and profound. The water resources projects and the ecological environment belong to the same system, and they are dependent and restrictive. The coordination of their relationship is important to the sustainable development of the society and economy. The foreign coordination experience of relationship between the water engineering building and the ecological environment were summarized and analyzed so as to provide certain enlightenment and reference to the coordination of relationship between the water engineering building and the ecological environment in China.
