卵泡穿刺结合人工授精治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕

Treatment of ovarian follicle puncture and artificial insemination in infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探讨一种有效治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)不孕的方法。方法:对18例患者22个周期采用促性腺激素刺激卵泡发育配合经阴道超声下卵泡穿刺术释放卵母细胞再行人工授精。结果:18例患者中妊娠6例,妊娠率33%;未孕患者在2个月内月经恢复正常,且之后月经均恢复成以前状态;患者血黄体生成素(LH)和睾酮值治疗后明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:卵泡穿刺结合人工受精,具有创伤较小、疗效确切、简便等优点,可作为治疗PCOS不孕的一种选择。

Objective：To assess an effective way for treating polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） inducing infertility.Methods：Twenty- two cycles of 18 infertile patients with PCOS were performed with ovulation induction ,follicle drilling and arificial insemination. Results： Six patients gained clinical pregnancy in the treatment cycle. The pregnancy rate was 33%. The others resumed a normal menstruation within 2 months.Bloed LH and testosterone levels of the patients after ovarian follicle puncture treatment were lower than those before treatment.Conclusion：This treatment is a simple,safe and effective method for treating PCOS inducing infertility.
