摘要
目的:探讨高原地区鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术的疗效和影响手术疗效的相关因素及对策。方法:对2003年4月～2007年12月随访的501例鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术进行临床分析。结果:Ⅰ型治愈好转率97.91%,Ⅱ型治愈好转率93.90%,Ⅲ治愈率好转63.49%。结论:鼻内窥镜手术在高原地区是治疗慢性鼻窦炎和鼻息肉的有效方法。
Objective：To investigate the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in plateau area and the related factors of affecting the operative effect,so as to look for the countermeasures for solving the related factors.Methods：501 patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from April 2003 to December 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The cure and improvement rate was 97.91% in type Ⅰ ,93.90% in type Ⅱ and 63.49% in type Ⅲ.Conclusion：Endoscopic sinus surgery was an effective method to treat chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp in plateau area.
