术后早期肠内营养的临床应用

摘要 用自制的肠内营养剂“液体膳”对术后病人行早期肠内营养(EN),并与肠外营养(PN)比较代谢效应;22例腹部中等以上手术后病人,随机分成EN和PN两组,接受1~7日治疗。结果显示,两组治疗前后平均血红蛋白、淋巴细胞计数、血清总蛋白、白蛋白、转氨酶、尿素氮无显著性差异。两组治疗前后体重平均下降程度,EN组-1.6±0.4kg、PN组-2.1±0.3kg,有差别,但P>0.05。两组术后第4天平均氮平衡,EN+0.49±0.61g,PN-0.59±1.15g,P<0.05有显著性差异;术后第7日,EN+1.08±0.37g,PN+0.52±1.44g,P>0.05,无显著性差异。 This paper reported that 22 cases of patients who were after abdominal operation They were divided randomly into two groups: The early enteral nutrition group (Group EN), and the total parenteral nutrition group (Group PN) All of the patients were treated for 7 days, “ Liquid Diet”,which was Prepared by our hospital, was used in Group EN Results:1 There were no obvious difference in serum total pratein, albumin, hemoglobin, lymphocyte count, transaminase, creatinine, BUN, between 2 groups defore and after operation, 2 There was no difference in average dodyweight loss between 2 groups EN: 1 6±0 4kg,PN: 2 1±0 3kg, P>0 05 3 There was obvious difference in average nitrogen balance between 2 groups at fourth day after operation EN:+0 49±0 16g, PN:-0 59±1 15G, P<0 05 The results showed That early enteral nutrition after operation is safe and feasible The “Liquid Diet” can replace PN and simple, safe, reliale, cheap, it has value for clinical use
