Nursing experience in ICU of severe valvular heart disease patients after valve replacement

目的:探讨ICU对重症心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术后提高早期生存率及护理措施重要性。方法:对64例患者术后ICU密切呼吸系统的监护,循环系统的监护,电解质的监测,加强并发症的防治及护理。结果:本组术后并发低心排3例,术后出血1例,严重心律失常5例,肺不张3例,早期死亡2例。结论:重症心脏瓣膜置换术后危重期ICU的护理是提高手术成功率的关键。

Objective ：To summarize the nursing experience in ICU of severe valvular heart disease patients after valve replacement, and to investigate the nursing measures of improving the early survival rate after operation. Methods ：To intensively observe the respiratory system and circulation system, and to inspect the electrolyte in 64 patients after surgery for avoiding complications, Results：In this group, 3 cases developed low cardiac output syndrome after operaion, 1 case bleeding after operation, 5 cases developed severe arrhythmia,3 cases atelectasis and 2 cases died early.Conclusion：Paying attention to the nursing in ICU after severe valve replacement is the key to improve the successful rate of the surgery.
