摘要
在ANSYS软件的基础上,以满足使用要求为前提,以提高机架的强度和刚度、减小机架纵向变形为目的,对轧机试验台机架进行了有限元分析和优化设计。经实践证明,优化模型完全符合实际要求。
On the basis of ANSYS software, This paper takes satisfying the operation requirements as a premise, takes enhancing rack's intensity and the rigidity, reducing longitudinal deformation of the rack as the goal, has carried on the finite element analysis and the optimization design to the rolling mill test platform rack. Proved alter the practice thai the optimized model meets the actual requirement completely.
