基于PC的光纤透镜研磨抛光机控制系统的设计

摘要 为了获得能够完成多种型面光纤透镜研磨与抛光的控制,依照光纤透镜研磨与抛光机的基本运动和功能要求,以工业PC机和运动控制卡(DSP)为核心构建一个PC内藏CNC型的开放式光纤透镜研磨与抛光控制系统系统。重点讨论了整个系统的硬件和软件的结构、功能。最终得到一套能够满足精密加工控制要求的光纤透镜研磨抛光控制系统。利用该系统可以实现机器的垂直进给、角度调转和光纤夹具自转的控制,也可以实现两轴或者三轴插补运动,从而完成对光纤透镜的几何型面的研磨与抛光。 In order to obtain a controlling system for lapping and polishing many kinds of optical fiber lens, based on the basic movement and function demands of the lap-polisher for optical fiber lens, a open numerical controlling system for the fabrication of optical fiber lens, which is mainly composed of industrial PC and DSP, and CNC is set in the PC, has been designed. And the structure and function of the hardware and software on the controlling system are also discussed as focus problem. Finally, A set of the control system has been attained which can satisfy the controlling needs of the precision fabrication for lapping and polishing optical fiber lens. By the use of this system, the controlling of vertical feed, angular adjustment, jig rotation and the interpolation movement of 2-axis or 3-axis can be achieved during the lapping and polishing of optical fiber lens.
