船用柴油机发电机组壳体内键槽专用铣床的研制

摘要 介绍了一种用于加工船用柴油机发电机组壳体内键槽的专用铣床,针对被加工对象特点,专机采用液压马达驱动的铣削动力头,对刀进给采用丝杠传动并带有数显装置,切削进给采用液压缸驱动。经过生产实践证明,该专机具有结构简易,操作方便,加工效率高等特点,值得在类似大型结构件的内键槽加工中推广。 In this paper, a special machine tool for milling inner keyway of generator shell is introduced. In the light of the special characteristics of the processed object, hydraulic motor is used as milling power, and the tool setting movement is achieved by adopting lead screw drive equipped with digital display instrument, while the cutting feed movement is achieved by adopting hydraulic cylinder drive. Manufacturing practice proves that the machine tool has some processing characters, such as simple and easy structure, simplify operation, and high processing efficiency.
