摘要
针对X8120主动轴轴向窜动问题,提出了一种改进方案。该方案在原结构的基础上,增加了一个轴承端盖,使锥齿轮啮合所产生的轴向力由法兰承受,从而消除了轴向窜动。经过实际使用表明,效果良好。
A innovation method of axial drunkenness of X8120 milling machine is proposed on in this paper. On the basic of the intrinsic configuration, a bearing end cover is added. The axial force caused by the bevel gears is endured by the flange, and the axial drunkenness is eliminated. The application result shows that this method is effective.
