摘要
基于广州市2003~2007年的月度数据,利用协整检验对广州市房地产市场的财富效应进行了实证分析。结果表明:房地产价格上涨对消费具有抑制作用,广州市房地产市场不具有财富效应。
Based on the monthly data ranging from 2000 to 2007, this paper employs the co-integration test and analyzes the wealth effect of real estate market in Guangzhou. Results indicate that the rising real estate price causes a negative influence on the consumption, and there is no wealth effect in the real estate market of Guangzhou city.
