摘要
利用东湖淤泥为主要原材料,进行堆积密度小于500kg/m3超轻陶粒研制。结果表明:按照发泡组分与东湖淤泥比例为20%∶80%,600℃预烧15min,1180℃焙烧12min,制备出了筒压强度1.7MPa、吸水率13.4%、堆积密度为485 kg/m3超轻陶粒。
Using lake sludge as main material, ultra lightweight aggregate was investigated with packing density lower than 500kg/m^3. The result indicated that with 20 % sparkling component (by weight of sludge) and at the sintering temperature of 1180℃ for 12min, an ultra lightweight aggregate was prepared, the crushing strength of which is 1.7MPa, water absorption is 13.4% and packing density is 485 kg/m^3 .
