复配表面活性剂对纳米铜粉在润滑油中分散稳定性的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用分光光度法作为检测方法,通过对各种常用表面活性剂的复配,研究了纳米铜粉在润滑油中的分散稳定性;同时利用四球磨损试验机研究了含纳米铜粉润滑油的摩擦学性能。实验结果表明:分散剂双聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(T154)、单聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(T151)及Span80与Tween40的复配对纳米铜粉在10#机械油中的分散稳定作用较好,含w=2%纳米铜粉的10#机械油极压性能比基础油极压性能提高了28.64%。 Effect of blended surfactants on dispersing stability of nanosized copper powder in lubricating oil was studied by using absorption spectrophotometry as the main measuring way. Besides, tribological property of lubricating oil containing nanosized copper powder was investigated by using four ball wear testing machine. Experimental results showed that dispersing agent composed by bis- poly- isobutylene succinimide (T154), poly- isobutylene succinimide (T151), as well as SpanS0 and Tween40 has a good effect on the dispersing stability of nanosized copper powder in machine oil 10^#. Lubricating oil formulated with 2% of nanosized copper powder shows an improvement of lubricating performance of 28.64% than that of the base oil.
