摘要
通过建立分层线性计量模型,定量分析了铁路和公路交通优势对河南县域经济发展水平的影响,以及该影响的区域差异。铁路对县域经济发展具有显著的正向影响,其促进作用明显强于高等级公路;不同交通线路对经济增长绩效的影响存在一定的区域差异。京广铁路和支线铁路沿线区域的经济发展水平相对滞后,而陇海铁路和高等级公路过境的区域则相对富裕。分析表明,河南省优越的交通优势还没有完全转化为现实生产力。
Through establishing the HLM model, this paper makes quantitative analysis on the influence of railway and highway transportation advantages on the development level of county economy, as well as the regional difference of the influence. It is clear that railway has a positive effect on counties' economic development, and its promotion role is superior to high-grade highway. Different traffic routes have different effect on economic growth performance of different regions. The economic growth level along Beijing-Guangzhou railway and other railway branch lines are relatively lagged behind, but that of Lianyungang-Lanzhou railway and border area of high-grade highway are relatively affluent. On the whole, the transportation advantage of Henan province is not transformed into actual productivity completely yet.
