摘要
从物流系统管理方面分析了我国应急物流存在的主要问题,在合理设计应急物流系统结构与流程的基础上,分别从应急物流的采购、仓储、运输、配送、物资发放和回收等环节提出了应急物流活动的改善途径,强调应急物流信息系统的重要性,以期提升我国应急物流系统的保障能力。同时指出我国应急物流还有许多问题需要进一步深入研究。
