This paper introduces a four-story elevator control system based on medium-scale integration（MSI）. The system includes five parts, which are the user requirement unit, running unit, up or down control unit, stopping control unit and opening door control unit. The design idea and hardware circuits of elevator control system are described in detail. The system can simulate the whole process of responding passengers＇ request actually.
