微波消解ICP-AES法测定蒙药阿木日-6中的微量元素

Determination of Trace Elements in Mongolian Medicine Amuer-6 by ICP-AES with Microwave Digestion

采用微波消解ICP-AES法同时测定了阿木日-6中的11种微量元素．实验结果表明，阿木日-6中人体所必需的微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe，Mn，Sr，Zn．Cu的含量较高．而对人体有害的重金属元素Cd，Pd的含量较低．加标回收率为95．8％～108．5％，相对标准偏差RSD≤1．47％，检出限≤0．009μg／mL．

Amounts of 11 trace elements of Ca,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg,Mn,Sr,Pb etc. in Mongolia medicine Amuer-6 are determined by Microwave Digestion-ICP-AES. The results show that the amount of human- body-needed trace elements is fairly much but the heavy metals very little. The recovery of standard addition are 95.8%-108.5% ,RSD≤ 470/40 ,the detection limit 40. 009μg/mL.
