摘要
通过设计一套叶片式轴流泵镁液输送系统,根据流量输送试验,得到了定量输送的数学模型,由此开发出基于PLC控制的定量输送系统。镁液输送实际应用表明:本输送系统定量输送误差在±5%以内。
A delivery system based on a vanaxial pump for Mg alloys has been designed.A mathematic model has been deduced out based on the fluid dosing experiments,and the control system was developed based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).The application of this system in transportation of molten Mg alloys confirmed that it could precisely dose Mg alloys with an error controlled within 5%.
