摘要
复杂压铸型的顶杆和侧型芯容易出现干涉现象,而现有的干涉判定方法较为复杂。本文对其进行了进一步的分析和总结,得到了复杂压铸型干涉判定的一种简单模型,并通过具体的拨叉压铸型证明了该模型具有简单、高效的特点。
It has been analysed that the interference phenomenon between ejector and side core is apt to take palce while the judge method of the interference used is complex, with a simple interference judge model of complex die-casting die obtained which has been proved to be simple and more efficient by the desgin of shift fork die-casting die.
