摘要
应用自制的考马斯亮兰 G- 2 50染色蛋白定量试剂进行微量蛋白测定。考马斯亮兰染料能与蛋白质定量结合 ,通过比色可测得蛋白浓度。蛋白浓度在 1 0 0~ 1 0 0 0 mg/ L范围内。该法的实测值与吸光度间呈良好的线性关系。其敏感性、稳定性、重复性及简便程度均优于经典的双缩脲法、Folin-酚法蛋白测定法。实验结果显示 ,改良的考马斯亮兰 G- 2 50染色法是一种简便。
In our experiments ,we measured the quantition of microgram quantities of protein with the quantitive reagents of protein of protein Commas'dye binding by ourselves. Commas'dye binding to protein quantitively ,the concentrations of protein could be measured by colorimetric method .The concentration of protein was in 100~1 000mg/L.The result showed that the absorbance was good linear with the value of protein concentration by the experiments . The method of Commas'dye binding to protein was more sensitive , more stable , more precise ,and simpler than the methods of assaying protein concentration of classical double urea and classical Folin-phenol . The results have showed that the method of Commas'dye binding to protein is a simple , rapid , and dependent method for the quantition of microgram quantities of protein .
